Clinical expertise for those who serve, lead, and care.
You spend your life meeting the needs of others. I’m here to meet you where you are. No jargon - just practical, human support from someone who’s been there.
I don't just work with caring professions - I've been there, working alongside them. I have worked on the floor as a nurse, in the community alongside police and emergency services, taught within universities, colleges and schools, worked within major hospitals in emergency and clinical environments such as women's health, IVF, clinical lead across services including Lifeline Australia, drug and alcohol outpatient services and within rehabilitation centres, and EAP.
I understand the realities of high-pressure roles - "the job" - the complexity, the exposure, the culture, and the impact that workplace conflict, trauma, family dynamics, and cumulative stress can have on both work and life. I get it! No single issue is too small, but it is significant.
Whether you serve, lead, or care, you shouldn't have to walk it alone. You won’t receive just a nod and listen approach, you will receive therapeutic intervention using CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed care, Existential Therapy, together with a
Person-Centred strengths based approach. You are at the centre of care and that care is developed with you.
Whether it is sitting with a person who needs to feel heard, supported, and safe, or partnering with organisations to support their people through meaningful, trauma-informed wellbeing sessions or programs, my approach is practical, grounded, and human. I meet people where they are - because I truly understand the work, the demands, the needs, and the work they do and the impact it can have. There is no better connection than someone who can help, gets it, and can truly relate.

How We Support People and Workplaces:
At Harmony & Health, we offer a specialised service that includes;
I have worked on the floor as a nurse, in the community alongside police and emergency services, taught within universities and rural academic institutions with people who work on the land, worked within major hospitals in emergency and clinical environments such as gynaecology and IVF, as a clinical lead across services including Lifeline Australia and alongside The Blue Knot, drug and alcohol outpatient services and within rehabilitation centres, and consulted within Aged Care, The Blue Knot, employee assistance programs (EAP) within major Sydney hospitals, and worked within organisations to support wellbeing in teams.
I understand the realities of high-pressure roles - the complexity, the exposure, the culture, and the impact that workplace conflict, trauma, and cumulative stress can have on both work and life. I get it! No single issue is too small, but it is significant. People matter.
My work extends to all people who are in need of support. I provide inclusive support for people from diverse backgrounds and minority groups, and welcome anyone seeking support through difficult or complex experiences.
