We proceed at your own individual pace and you always have the right to say “no” or “not today” to any topic or discussion. Having a safe space to work through your thoughts at your own speed and pace is important. There is no rush in a trauma informed safe space.
Healing isn't just about "talking it out." We work with your nervous system to help you feel grounded and calm in your own space. By focusing on physical safety first, we make sure you don't feel overwhelmed by your emotions during our sessions.
