To ensure the highest level of safety and confidentiality for our clients, many of whom serve, educate, and provide care in high-stakes, public-facing roles, our physical studio address is not listed publicly.

 

Your journey starts with a Private Consultation: We believe in building a foundation of trust from the very first interaction. All new client journeys begin with a brief, complimentary introductory phone, or online consultation. During this initial meeting, we will:

  • Discuss your specific needs and goals.

  • Address any privacy or safety considerations.

  • Finalise formalities and confirm your preferred location for future sessions, whether online via our secure platform or in person at our private studio.

​By maintaining a discrete location, you can focus entirely on your wellbeing without the concern of public visibility.
