I don't just help with healthcare, education, community, and caring professions - I've been there, working alongside them.

With 20 years spent working within healthcare, education and in community roles alongside emergency services, and caring professionals, I know that 'the job' doesn't stay at work, it often transfers into life. With all the right learning, direction and advice to 'leave the job at work when you go home', it’s easier said than done.

 

I’m a Provisional Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, together with a Master’s degree as a Registered Nurse, and post graduate qualifications in Education, and Child & Family Health. I now offer these skills and experience to support you at Harmony & Health.

 

Clinical expertise is vital, but lived experience is irreplaceable. If you’re tired of explaining the culture of work and health before you can get to the healing, let’s talk.

Wellbeing sessions can be booked as a one-off post event or incident, or ongoing session to improve overall wellbeing scheduled throughout the year to fit into your schedule.
